8.1: Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\nThis right of withdrawal is only open to consumers within the meaning of the consumer code.<\/p>\n
Under the provisions of Article L 217-4 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer<\/b> must return the Product(s)<\/b> in the same condition as the one in which they received them, and with all the packaging items, accessories and notices (even if the Product(s)<\/b> has or have been unpacked, no later than 14 days after notification of the retraction decision.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the law, the Consumer<\/b> pays the return costs of the Product(s)<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Subject to compliance with the <\/b>above provisions, Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION will refund the Products <\/b> ordered for the amount of the purchase order within 15 days of receipt of the Products.<\/b> No refunds will be available if the Products<\/b> are not in good condition.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot, under any circumstances, apply to any purchase of a custom Product<\/b> or made from specific demands from the Consumer<\/b>.<\/p>\n
8.2: Terms of returns (excluding withdrawal)<\/strong><\/p>\nNo return can be accepted due to a poor assessment of the technical features of a Product<\/b> or its incompatibility with other devices. It will then be up to the sender to collect his items at his own expense.<\/p>\n
9. WARRANTY<\/b><\/p>\n
In the event of a defective Product,<\/b> the Consumer<\/b> will have to return it within 14 days of receiving the Product.<\/b> No warranty support is possible beyond this period. As part of this legal guarantee of compliance, Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION undertakes to bear all costs related to the return of the goods concerned.<\/p>\n
10. CUSTOMS RIGHT<\/b><\/p>\n
Any Order<\/b> on the Website <\/b>that must be delivered outside of France or the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. Any customs duties or taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Consumer<\/b>. Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION Company<\/b> is not required to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes.<\/p>\n
11. TITLE RETENTION CLAUSE<\/b><\/p>\n
The transfer of ownership of the Produits<\/b> delivered to the Consumer<\/b> only takes place after payment of their price in full.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n12. PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/b><\/p>\n
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978 amended by the law of August 6, 2004, Internet users have the right to access and correct personal data about them. This data is provided only for the purpose of delivering the Products <\/b>ordered.<\/b> They are mandatory for the processing of the Order.<\/b> They are kept until the account is deleted and within a maximum of three years.<\/span> The Consumer <\/b>has the option of objecting to the possible transfer of personal data about him or her to a third party.<\/p>\n13. FORCE MAJEURE<\/b><\/p>\n
Any litigation must be attempted to be settled out of court. Events are considered to be of force majeure is case their occurrence makes it totally impossible to carry out the obligations.
\nForce majeure includes but is not limited to strikes by carriers, existing health rules related to epidemies and disruptions in the supply of raw materials.
