Through this Website, the company offer several Products the Consumer, physical or moral person, is allowed to buy through a secure online payment process.
2. APPLICATION
These terms and conditions apply to any sale of Products offered on the Site. Any orders carried out with the Company Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION will result in the acceptation of those terms and conditions without reserves.

4. PRODUCTS

Prices are displayed in euros including taxes but excluding any costs related to delivery and custom duties. The applicable VAT amount is 8.5%.
5. PAYMENT
The Consumer has the responsibility to have all the necessary authorizations for the use of the payment method he chose when confirming his orders.

6. DELIVERY
Only the delivery address determines whether or not the French or the country of delivery’s VAT (when applicable), or customs duties are applied.
The Product(s) ordered is (are) delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Consumer. Any delay or non-delivery is not the responsibility of Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION Company. The Customer service of Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION Company will contact the Consumer for a second delivery at the expense of the Consumer.
7. DELAY/LOSS
In case of significant delays or difficulties in locating the parcel, the Consumer can contact Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION Company, which will open an investigation to obtain an explanation for the delay or to try to locate the parcel possibly misplaced by the carrier. In this case, Fabrice LAU PRODUCTION is dependent on the delays imposed by the carriers regarding the declaration of loss and the refund of the shipment. These delays may vary depending on the carrier.
8. RETURN
8.1: Right of withdrawal
This right of withdrawal is only open to consumers within the meaning of the consumer code.
Under the provisions of Article L 217-4 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer must return the Product(s) in the same condition as the one in which they received them, and with all the packaging items, accessories and notices (even if the Product(s) has or have been unpacked, no later than 14 days after notification of the retraction decision.

8.2: Terms of returns (excluding withdrawal)

9. WARRANTY
